Specializations
We specialize in all residential real estate, from apartment locating and residential properties, including investment real estate. We are in the process of being a cerified HUD sales company, which means that we will have access to many of the foreclosures on the market. With the market the way it is, there are deals to be found and we provide the right council to assist you to get those deals.

As the owner of Viking real estate, I am a Texas licensed real estate broker and a certified real estate instructor and currently teach at the Austin Institute of Real estate.
