Why Creative Cousins 2
A small stained glass and mosiac studio serving Northeastern CT and the Worcester County MA area. The primary focus is twofold---residential design of panels for windows, doors, sidelights, transoms and cabinets and reaching out to those interested in learning the art. Opening the studio in 2004 has also given me a bit of a "retail" presence where I can display/sell items I create to take to art and craft shows in the general area.
Working with stained glass was a hobby that became a passion. A relatively inexpensive way to create beautiful, one of a kind gifts for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries or for yourself!
Teaching
I teach a small number of students at any given time (usually during evening hours to accommodate their busy schedules). This enables me to provide better One-on-One instruction than large scale classes. Because their interests vary, I continue to grow personally Some of us have now banded together to enter Art Festivals as a unit creating a sales opportunity for everyone. Classes are currently being held Tues. and Wed. both days and evenings. The cost is $50 per session. A session is 4 weeks long/one class per week. Each class is 2 hours long.
