A New Leash On Life

We offer the following services if needed:

Daily Walks between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm

Medications if your pet has the need:

* Petting

* Brushing

* Feeding

* Different increments of time based on your needs with

different fees attached

* In home care/ overnight care in your home or mine (we

only take 2 small pets in our home at a time)

* Pet taxi to the vet if requested

* E-Mails to the owner at the end of each day to update on

the days adventures if you are on vacation

* Daily logs left for the owner as to what was accomplished

during the visit

* Pictures taken of your pet and left at the end of the final

visit

* Litter boxes cleaned at each visit

* Bowls cleaned at the end of feeding time

* Water plants, bring in the mail, change lights around the

house so it looks lived in, change the blind levels

* Take trash can to the street on trash collection day if we

have a written request.

* Please find in the attachments, references that you may

call. I have more if you would like them. I have also

attached a rates sheet and a daily log that I will leave

each time I come to your home.

If you are interested in our service, I would like to come over and meet you and your pets. At that time we will fill out paper work so that I have their routine on paper and know where their veternarian is located etc.

I have had 5 years of pet care experience. As an owner of 4 dogs and 2 cats I know how important it is to find the right person to take care of the family pets. We actually did that for the first time this fall and I know how it feels to invite someone new into your home and leave behind the animals.

Marcia has stayed in my home and taken care of my 2 horses and cat. I trust Marcia with my horses because she has experience and understands the importance to observe their behavior, to make sure they are feeling healthy and check for any injuries from romping around the pasture during the day. Marcia encourages me to call or she will call me to let me know all are fed and everyone is safe.

I now have two dogs and will be completely comfortable in leaving them in her care as I know she will play with them, and make sure they are fed and safe each day.

Where would we be without Marcia Humphrey and Leash On Life? With the loving responsibility of three cats and two dogs long trips from home would have to be canceled, postponed or taken as solo missions with one of us staying behind to care for our four legged loved ones. Particularly now that our dearest old lab had become frail and stiff with arthritis and in constant need of assistance just to move about.

That was until Marcia Humphrey came into our home and our lives. Marcia's fulfillment was like a gift from heaven as she quickly proved herself to be an extraordinary caretaker. She has an exceptional gift with the "paw people" which likens her to Dr. Doolittle, The Dog Whisperer, and Mother Teresa all rolled into one amazing person.

In short time our pets have become empowered by Marcia's loving and perceptive care. They are now more excited to see her than they are us! I almost expect that, if they could, they would schedule and finance our next trip out of town with impunity.

But Marcia also possesses amazing talent in caring for the hearts and minds of those who employ her by providing intense peace of mind with updates via phone and/or with daily journal entries and photographs of the days events with our pets.
