Our technician was trained by one of the best Structural Engineers in the country who was chosen to seal the US Pentagon tunnels and also sealed dolphin tanks with the dolphins in them. We are very confident in our work because we use the latest technology and products such as Polyurethane hydraulic injection, which is used to seal concrete cracks only. We prep the crack first then drill our holes and insert steel or brass hydraulic fittings, then a bonding agent is put onto the crack which holds the polyurethane in once its pumped in. Polyurethane stays flexible which will not crack over a period of a lifetime of the structure. Our prices are a little higher than other water proofers because we use quality products. Other waterproofers use cheap and inferior products such as plastic fittings and hand pumps. With these products sometimes the crack is so thin you cannot get the pressure you need to get the polyurethane in the wall. Waterproofers also use epoxy injection or just epoxy which will harden and re-crack over a period of time.
